It’s frustrating and a shame that this beautiful theme and its supporting doc have many minor problems and bugs.

1. Warning when installing plugin: sprintf(): Too few arguments in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-admin\includes\class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 152
2. Error in “Read more” panel:
   1. Theme activation: “THEME NOT ACTIVATED” while it’s activated.
      1. Ok, I got it. It requires the purchase code to activate. One error in “You can learn how to find your purchase code here”. There is no link in “here”.
      2. After I put in the purchase code, it’s still showing not activated.
      3. Another error, the not activated msg remains after I entered the code and “Theme activated”
   2. Install Plugins in “Theme Update” shows “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
   3. Support, “YOUR SUPPORT HAS EXPIRED.”. I entered the purchase code when prompted.
   4. Documentation, the files and directories in the downloaded package .zip file are different from the doc.

I managed to upload the logo and am trying to customizing the homepage.

The previous errors on activation and support are gone in the production website. They are still on my local host. Does that mean I can’t install the theme locally? Thank you.

I think I have got to where I want by changing to working on the production website (instead of my local host). All the major show stopper problems on my local host are gone.  This ticket can be closed. Thank you.
