Style Settings Selected colors not affecting layout

Hi there, first of all i like the theme so far. It just need just fixing on some issues for example the colors i’ve selected in Appearance > Customizing > Style Settings are not taking effect on the nav bar, buttons, separators. How can we fix this?

Hi, there you go. in the customizing page changes take effect but not in the website. as you can see in the attatchments.
