Verification of puchase code always fails.

I have purchsed Aucapina Theme via themeforest. As I installed and styled the theme I experienced a “killed” header section and wanted to get help via the forum.

My purchase code is not accepted al valid and I do not know why. Purchase took place on 22. May 2021
