Hi when I try to add items to my menu now it just gets stuck loading and they never transfer over from the sidebar. It was fine before and I don’t think I’ve installed any new plugins or anything since I last used it. Please may you help me fix this?

Hi I have tried disabling all the plugins I added (still didnt work), as well as disabling all plugins, and this still didnt work
Can I just check if it is you currently changing things on the backend? As everything keeps disappearing or appearing broken when I am trying to work on the site now

It comes preinstalled on every 20i wordpress site (who i use for hosting). so it was installed from the beginning before I had the menu issues

OK i will contact them. But you have deleted all of my widgets for sidebars somehow.. will I have to redo these now?
I just disabled child theme and plugins to find the cause , just enable again . Thanks.
Hi Alex. Thanks but I’ve already reenabled the theme and plugins but the widgets still aren’t showing in the widget edit page or on the frontend for the blogs or shop.
And regarding the menu issue, my hosting have looked into it and also think it’s an issue with the theme. There have been endless bugs and it’s getting frustrating now as I just want to get the build finished and out of the way
