Can't edit menu as i wan't to

I have the problem that i dont get my menu to look like the first picture in the attachement. Mine is looking like this (view second picture)

I’d like to get the menu looking like this. Pls help me.

What do you mean by “free support” correct me if i’m wrong, but im already paying to get support aren’t i?
But anyways, if it is customization i understand that you can’ help. But is there any way, that i can get my menu to look more pleasing?

As you proabably can tell, mine looks pretty ugly and i cant get a way to get it looking nice..
