I am having some problem while using the “Autos” add-on. When I add a new car to the list and declare its “Price”, in the preview on the page the price appears as a crossed out value, which makes it very difficult to read. Is it possible to disable this crossed out ?

I changed the php global settings to version 8.1 it still doesn’t help and the site still returns a critical error after your changes. I even sent you an email stating that the site is returning a critical error in a hidden message.
I gave you access to the admin panel, took screenshots of where the errors are and you still want me to record it, for what reason. It’s really not funny when you treat a customer like this. I ask as requested to solve the problem of the crossed out price. You are the one who manages the template and on the second request for help you are unable to deal with it, in truth your patience is running out.

Not true nothing has been fixed, not only that the cars are no longer visible in the “Offer” tab when adding, the price teskt is still crossed out. You keep repeating that something has been fixed and this is not the case, further actions on your part only generate errors. The template to put it simply falls apart after your actions and before had errors. I do not want to mention that the option “comparison” does not work properly, after adding cars can not be removed from the comparison. Please return the payment, I do not want a product that is a hole and on top of that you can not cope with the repair, spoiling the template code even more. I am not the only person who reports the same problems to you, please bear this in mind. The product does not work properly, this is also evidenced by the comments of other people.

FTP is working i don’t change anything… I test logged in and it works, you have the correct credentials, but I don’t think you can quite manage the FTP login. Please read up on the Internet on how to do it.

Yes, I confirm that now the problem with the crossed out price has been solved, but after solving this problem appeared other problems that is:
– in the add-on “Autos” still in question, despite the many auctions listed, only one auction in the “Offer” tab is presented on the page What is important, adding new auctions with cars, displays only 1 auction on the page no more which is a serious error in this situation. To better illustrate the situation, I added a video demonstrating this problem.
As for setting up new submissions, in my opinion, it does not make sense, because the new problems (and therefore possible new submissions) relate to the same area and thread (that is, the Autos add-on – just like the topic of this submission)
In conclusion – I do not diminish your skills and your successes related to the sold licenses, moreover I wish you as many such successes as possible. I’m just stating the facts, which is that I have problems all the time with the purchased template and with how the support service is provided. It is clear from your correspondence history that the problems I report:
– either they are not solved by you, and your help ended with the suggestion to disable this add-on, on the grounds that it is not crucial (I refer you to the thread on page lodader called “Problem with Mozilla FireFox ) as an aside, I will mention that such an add-on was in the demo version of your template, and now it has disappeared without knowing why;
– or you inform me that you have solved the problem, and in practice the problem has not been solved (I refer to the comment in which you write that you have solved the problem related to the crossed-out price: I wrote back that the problem still exists, because it existed, as proof of which I sent you a video confirming that the problem has not been solved – so did I lie or did you)? – as an aside, I admit that now this problem has been solved by you;
– or you are indeed solving one problem, but then another problem appears that wasn’t there before (I refer you to the comment where I described the inability to remove vehicles from the list of compared vehicles, a problem that appeared after you removed the problem related to the crossed-out price; I will also mention that the filtering on the “Offer” page doesn’t work, and this feature was working properly before you started making changes to the site). This is, unfortunately, another bug in the basic functionality of the “Autos” add-on.
You are suggesting that I show more kindness, but I would also like you to show more understanding for me as your customer, because I too bought your license alongside those 20,000 other customers. Take that into consideration, I kindly ask.I still stand by my expectation of a refund for the license I paid for.
Unfortunately, the situation is unfortunate, because the company for which I am editing this template wanted to start working with car sales from next week on the website. I spent quite a bit of time on the template itself to customize it to the client’s requirements, at that very moment the client said he wanted to back out, seeing that there was a roadblock in the auction process. Probably for you it doesn’t matter, but for me it already does, because I spent a lot of time, so that the result was the termination of cooperation with the client and the termination of the contract. I don’t think I have anything more to add.
I consider the topic in this thread already closed, we will continue the remaining communication in the thread related to the complaint about the refund of the full amount for the purchased template, at least in this situation I would like to recover my assumed money for the template.
