How to customize footer content and remove twitter section?

1) Can you please guide me how do i change my footer content? I wanted to change starting from left About us text, Site Map, Contact info (footer and contact us page) , News letter (email).

2) There is a section above We are social 24/7 – Get in touch and it says LATEST FROM TWITTER TEMPLINES this section is coming up throughout the site all page how do i delete this section?

How do i activate Back to to Arrow ? Some of our pages have more content so it’s easy to up scroll to top.

Generally Most of the site once you are at the bottom of the page you see small upwards arrow where you can click and your page will scroll to top. So you don’t have to scroll to top manually. How do i have add that arrow? Please see attach screenshot.
