I tried with WP Baker & Visual composer, couldn’t find those function.

 

Pls remove the footer part.

Can you let me know why is the website customization is so slow?

Is it an issue with the theme or my hosting provider?

Pls attach reports if there are any issues with my hosting provider so that I can consult from them.

Unfortunately this question first you have to ask your hosting provider because I have no information about the server load and its capacity .
