Issue with sidebar element (can't show up)

I’m coming again, please help me to figure out why the sidebar didn’t show up in my blog parent page (http://beta.sentra-karaoke.com/articles). Whereas i’ve set the global sidebar attribut with blog sidebar content.

It can be activated, just click the button (even the color is grey).
And the sidebar still doesn’t show up
