Hello
In our development process we migrate our homepages to a test environment. For example: http://www.homepage.com -> test.homepage.com
The database is exported, the path is corrected and everything is serialized again. It works ok with most of the themes we buy. There seems to be a problem with Xtreme Sports. The slider is dead and the menu is broken, but I cant find the problem.
I have added screens showing the prod and the test page.
Can you advise please?

Hi
Thanks for the input. That didtnt help unfortunately. The sliders are available on test. To be sure I deleted them and reimported using the exported sliders.
Makes no difference.
Is there any log I can provide you to get this solved?kr, jay
Please give me access to the administrator, I do not understand the problem
Alright, thank you.
Private Content HiddenThe limits are ok. The prod-page is working on the same settings.
Please see link.Private Content HiddenDear user it is 100% error due to memory limit
For comfortable work increase your memory limit
Add this to top of wp-config.php define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
Here are three ways to increase PHP’s memory allocation:
1. If you can edit or override the system php.ini file, increase the memory limit. For example, memory_limit = 256M
2. If you cannot edit or override the system php.ini file, add php_value memory_limit 256M to your .htaccess file.
3. If neither of these work, it’s time to ask your hosting provider to temporarily increase PHP’s memory allocation on your account. Keep in mind that most decent hosting providers allocate 32 MB to PHP under each account, and most decent hosting providers allow users to temporarily increase the memory allocation. If your hosting provider won’t accommodate you, perhaps it’s time to find a new hosting provider.
(in the above examples, the limit is set to 256MB)

Thanks for your support.
The memory limit is now set to 256M for testing.Private Content HiddenI ve set WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in wp-config.php too.
Debug is now on.</span>Hi
1. updated WordPress version
2. updated Theme Version
3. updated Plugins version
Site work fine
Thanks
It feels I am missing out on something – and yes we tried and updated to latest before already in the past and broke the theme.
Now, I did exactly this (again). Everything (wp core, plugins, theme = 1.5.0) is up to date in live, the memory param is updated and the site is broken.Private Content HiddenIt feels I am missing out
Yes and this limit memory
Look at the source code. The site may not be fully loaded.
Not enough dedicated memory

I just updated the original page. Everything works up to this point (doesnt matter if I use 128MB or 256 MB memory limits). The trouble starts when I update the theme – and in my case I do this by copying and extracting the new theme-zip-file over the old one.
The site is runnin on 1.3 so far. The newest zip holds 1.5.0.Maybe this last step is wrong. How is your intended way to update xsports?
This is the old xsports 1.3. At the moment the whole site is updated except xsports.
My workflow to update your theme:
I upload the themeforest zip with scp and extract it via ssh into the old path. So 1.3 gets overwritten by 1.5.0.
The outcome is where we started:
http://support.templines.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/gs-test.pngWe can recreate this situation at test if you need and if there is an old backup left.
(Sorry for the misleading topic. It seems we moved in the course of this thread from migration to update.)
Hi
If you use new version theme you should remove all the plugins and install again .
Thanks
Hi
Uninstalling all the related plugins means I need to reconfigure everything?
Do you have a child theme ready? themeforest does not prepare one. Thanks
Please ignore my child theme request, just found it 🙂
