my issues with Keymoto theme for other rental purposes

Hello

I purchased theme and I am repurposing as an electronics rental outlet.

I have a few questions I will need assistance on:

1. I have one electronic item for rent (only one item) when it is rented out, how to prevent the booking calendar from accepting rentals. Is there a way of blocking out booked dates on calendar?
2. I wanted to add a Security deposit which will be returned to client when item is returned, How to add this to the checkout?
3. How to set up rental of multiple items. It automatically goes to rent out checkout. I might want to add possibility of selecting other items before check out is initiated.
