I just purchased this theme and have a fresh install of wordpress on my server. I uploaded the theme and installed all the necessary plugins, but I am having issues with several things. Sometimes pages will load, other times they will not, and will sit on the gear icon just spinning.. then I refresh, and sometimes it will load. Any page that I try to edit with YellowPencil fails when trying to load script, it says script not found. I am unable to edit pages with WPBakery Page Builder, it usually just loads a blank white page. Any help would be appreciated.
I reinstalled Ubuntu server, LAMP and WordPress. I’ve installed other themes and confirmed I have no issues loading pages intermittently in an effort to rule out server issues. I am running WordPress 5.6.
Yes – feel free to do anything that you feel is necessary. I am just building out the clients site on my own domain and then backing it up and transferring it to another domain. You are welcome to try whatever is needed with the account I provided. Nothing important on there at the moment so you have free reign.
Sorry for long delay – holidays had us travelling. It seemed to work much better – however, after only changing just the header logo and the footer logo, now the home page is loading blank white again. The only other thing we did was enable Static Blocks for WPBakery. I turned it off thinking maybe that was somehow causing the issue, but blank white page remains.
