Not able to edit the Theme with Customizer.

Basically when I open the Customizer with the Trendsetter Theme activated I will load and then it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/RJ4fISM

 

I think It should NOT look like this! When It loads, you can see the Buttons for a sek. But then they aren’t clickable at all! Thanks for Help!
