Problem on Product Pages – Liine of Code Visible – WARNING

What is this. Site works fine I can still checkout but this is putting customers off who visit the shop it doesn’t look good?

With other themes its  case of uploaded the new theme files….

I did this and it doesn;t work…

Just tell me how to do it I can do it if you tell me what I need to do.

Do I need to upload the new theme files through ftp?
What else do I need to do…
Update WordPress?
Update any PHP

I paid for the support… What did I pay for if you can;t help me? I thought you’d just update it for me when you asked for the logins? it’s literally just that little bit of code on the product pages?

1.Delete the template and all plugins .
2. Install a new template and all plugins .

I did this and it didn’t work.

When you say delete the template do you mean the theme?

I didn;t delete the plugins so I will try this now forst and come back to you.
