Problem with header and footer

I’m facing some problems regarding the customization of the logo, header and footer :

1. How to modify the header and footer logo ?

2. How to hide the header background appearing on most of the new pages (See : Shop –> Testing Product)

3. How to modify the background of the whole page ?
