Product Page Display on Mobile

Hi Alex,

I am having an issue with the product pages on my website and the way it displays on mobile.

It comes out in two columns, but that makes it hard to read. How can I change it so it is more responsive and displays in one column, and the icons for the variarions also align better rather than all under each other.

These issues don’t exist on a desktop.

Please create ftp in a folder with the theme so I do not have to wander through your folders.

I’m not sure what you mean?  I host this in AWS myself so have full server access.

 

Perhaps I misunderstood you, was setting the default SFTP directory not what you wanted?

My bad, I had not restarted the SSH service after making the changes. I did now and checked it with a window SCP.

Thanks Alex, however on the main page now none of the detail except the revolution sliders is working?  See below video of issue and the backend.

I think this is an issue that has happened before when trying to update this theme.  Error in the console is:

 

Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3
at bootstrap.min.js?ver=6.0:6:216
at bootstrap.min.js?ver=6.0:6:318

The site at the moment is totally broken.

I have renamed the exproduct folder with the new files to exproduct_new and renamed exproduct- to exprodct (I assumed that was the name of the backup you took).

 

This has restored most of the functionality of the site, except for the below:

Menus not working

Product page linked from buy now buttons not loading on mobile, just a spinning circle.

Appreciate you will need to revert back to broken site to fix, but I need it functional until you are able fix this.

First please disable wordpress mulisite .

Next download and use latest theme version .

Hi Alex,

I have a number of live sites on this server so that is just not possible.  I’ve managed to get the product page displaying ok so will leave this ticket as is.
