Questions about settings for week length?

Hi, please see the two attachments, one of the demo site and one of mine. How do I make the weeks 7 days instead of 8?

For instance, on the demo if you choose Monday-monday is registers as 7 days.

On mine, if you go Monday to Monday it says 8 days.

You should switch to the “Night booking” catalog type:
