Dear Support Team,
I am reaching out to address an issue we have encountered with the Revus V2.6.4 theme, specifically related to the booking system. When a reservation is canceled, the dates that were previously reserved do not seem to be released, making it impossible to book the same vehicle for those dates again. This issue persists even when the cancellation is processed through the WooCommerce orders section in the WordPress back office.
To provide a bit more context, after a reservation is canceled, we expect the reserved dates to become available again for new bookings. However, it appears that the system still marks these dates as occupied, thus blocking any future reservation attempts for the same dates.
Given the complexity of this issue, we are unsure of the best approach to ensure that once a reservation is canceled, the system correctly updates the availability of the vehicle, thereby freeing up the previously booked dates.
Could you please advise on how we might address this problem? If there are specific hooks, functions, or custom code that we need to implement to ensure that canceled dates are appropriately released, your guidance would be highly appreciated.
Additionally, if this behavior requires a specific setup or configuration within the theme or WooCommerce settings, kindly provide the necessary steps or documentation that could assist us in resolving this issue.
We are looking forward to your expert recommendations and thank you in advance for your support in resolving this matter.
Best regards
You are welcome;)
Please do not forget to leave your feedback on our support on themeforest and and get the status of a premium user ( your questions will be considered first ) . Unfortunately, many satisfied users forget to do this and we do not get a very high rating while working really hard. It takes less than a minute. Big Thanks 😉
