Unable to install the Demo

Im trying to install the demo luxury cars but its not available in the installation menu

Another problem that im also facing is that whenever i install 2 pluginins from the ones provided my website gets a critical error
the plugins are
Pix Auto Deal ( required ) and Compare cars
