WP Bakery issue while editing home page

I encountered the following problem trying to modify the blocks seen in image-1.png attachment.

They are 3 blocks with numbers, image and text (as you can see in image-1.png) but when I try to edit Home Page 1 using WP Bakery I can see just the three images (as you can see in image-2.png).

I think that the issue is caused by a missing shortcode rendering:

GET https://www.tvservicesvigilanza.it/wp-content/themes/safeguard/library/functions/shortcodes/shortcode.js?ver=7.5 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

I would like to recommend you to use the Elementor version as we are about to end support for WPbakery due to many problems.

Thank you for the suggestion but since we purchased a theme (and support for 6 months) which claims to be compatible with wpbakery we expect the problem to be resolved because we don’t intend to use Elementor. And without further ado, thank you.

Why each service category shows only 4 services?

example: https://www.tvservicesvigilanza.it/services_category/vigilanza-privata/

shows only 4 services (they are > 4 instead)

This theme really seems like a house of cards: you touch one and everything falls away.

This is easily remedied by enabling the mandatory kaswara plugin . Thanks.
