I was trying to install the Auto Shop Demo

If we cant get the theme to work on the existing hosting – can you RELEASE the license so we can try on another hosting provider.

I have already set up the domain and the WP site on the alternative hosting company https://wpx.net/

Since I could not install the demo on the existing site I then installed the theme on the WP site on https://wpx.net/

I could not install the Auto demo on the new site on https://wpx.net/ because the Licence would not activate correctly – probably because the licence was tied to the existing hosting provider.

Is that correct?

If you CAN’T solve  the installation on the existing hosting provider – let me know ASAP and I will change the DNS and I will provide you the admin access to the WP site on the alternative hosting company https://wpx.net/ to see if you can get the demo correctly installed on the new site

If that is the case I just need to change the DNS setting on Namecheap to activate the alternative WP site on https://wpx.net/ and wait a few hours for the new DNS  to propagate and I will then provide you with the admin access info for the new site

Please advise me ASAP

BTW were you able to login correctly with the wp-admin login info  I sent earlier that worked also for me

Have you experienced this error message before?

I cant keeping going back and forth with this tech support chats that go nowhere.

I have wasted a week so far and the client is expecting me to be working on his site and so far all I have done is talk with you for week.

Just release the license and I will try it on the other hosting account https://wpx.net/
