Hi, I purchased this theme earlier today and I can install the theme but as soon as I click activate I get the following error – There has been a critical error on this website.
I have just spoken to our hosting provider and they said the following:
The WP core isn’t missing, it’s just not where it usually is. We keep certain directories under that .wordpress directory — this is perfectly fine according to WordPress standards, but can throw some custom plugins and themes for a loop
include_once(/www/wp-content/themes/safeguard/../../../wp-admin/includes/class-walker-nav-menu-edit.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/wp-content/themes/safeguard/library/core/admin/edit-menu-walker.php
They shouldn’t be loading the wp-admin files like that. Should be:
This does not work even with the template and plugin turned off , please install your WordPress site correctly and write me full path for site files . Thanks
Can we please initiate a refund for this theme then please as it simply does not work with one of the biggest hosting companies for WordPress and we can not use it.
