First we need to make sure that the problem is with the theme and not with third-party plugins. To do this, completely disable ALL plugins and go to Appearance -> Aucapina Theme. Click the “Continue” button to activate the build-in plug-ins required for the theme to work. After that, activate additional plugins that the theme offers.
Also temporary switch from the child theme to the main theme if you are using a child theme.
Check if the problem you described appears after these actions. If not, then the problem was caused by one of the third-party plugins.
