Admin Not working with Jquery errors in backedn and front-end

Since the latest wordpress update 4.6, the theme is throwing jquery errors in front end and backed of the site.

Back-end is so bad that you cannot switch between Visual/Text etc.

I have tried the regular disable all plugins and issue still persists.

Upon investigation, I have found issues with shortcode.js in the theme. Could you look in to this and provide and upgrade

Go to the flyouts section and try editing a flyout. Try switching between “Visual” and “Text”mode and look for jquery errors
