Appointment Button on top of site suddenly missing

Hi,

The appointment button that was on top of my page saying “Appointment Form” has now disappeared from my site all of sudden. Are you able to help me with this?

Also, is it possible to change the current “Appointment Form” wording to “Book Your Appointment”?

Hi Alex,

thank you for the quick reply. what you’ve done is perfect! but previously i had a symbol next to that wording. Kind of like a clock symbol. Made that area stood out more. Is it possible to get this symbol back?
