I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for support regarding a persistent issue I’ve encountered with the RENROLL WordPress theme that I am currently using on my website.
Whenever a customer places an order, if they or another customer try to order the same or a different product afterward, the message “Booking is not available now” is displayed, preventing any further bookings from being made.
This issue is significantly affecting the functionality of my website and my business operations. I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem on my own but have not been successful in resolving it.
Could you please provide guidance on how to fix this issue? Any insights or instructions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

If you click on “Book now” nothing happens.

You must be logged in to view attached files.The theme is not compatible with the Polylang plugin. I turned it off and everything started working. The theme is compatible with LogoTranslate and WPML plugins. This is indicated in the description of the theme.

The product that is used for booking had the status “Out Of stock”, we have fixed it. Please do not change the parameters of this product.

I’ve already made the changes you told me about GTranslate, etc., but now, I go there, clear the cache and everything works ok when I click Reserve Now! .
I go back there the next day, and it’s no longer possible.
I sometimes update the plugins, or clear the cache and that solves it. If you also access the website with the backoffice open, you can also do so.
But in incognito mode it doesn’t work…Please disable any caching on the server . Thanks.

We dont have cache in the server and WP. That can’t be the reason…

This problem is solely due to your server settings. After authorization the booking works. If we open the page without authorization the server does not work correctly. Since you do not have a caching plugin, most likely your server is caching outside of WordPress.
On the screenshot you can see that an AJAX request with authorization works correctly (on the left), but without authorization it gives an empty response (on the right): https://monosnap.com/file/a1NCtnrJnraTpBo7SjLRgtKB1Lj4cq
This problem can only be solved by the hosting provider.
