Good evening, i can’t handle this booking process: booking 15 euro/hour. After the third hour, the reservation becomes daily with a price of 58 / day. In the booking form it is not possible to enter the same date in “date from” and “date to”, and this makes same-day rental impossible. Once this problem has been solved, other fields would be needed. at least one for the start time and one for the return time or a flag indicating that the reservation is short (maximum 3 hours) How to handle these cases? Thank you
Hello.
Unfortunately, we do not provide bookings for hourly rentals and this is shown on the demo .
Thanks.
but in “customize” -> “General catalog settings” I see this (see attached images).
– Hours before booking starts– Pick-up and drop-off time selection
– Increment of the minutes selection list for times (i.e. 30 to allow only selection of times ending in 0 or 30)
but all this does not work, none of this is entered in the calendar

Private Content HiddenThe theme does not support hourly booking, only day or night. I see that you now have booking by days enabled, so you can choose a start date equal to the end date and choose only one day. The fields “Pick-up time” and “Drop-off time” are purely informational and are needed so that the customer can notify you at what time it is convenient for him to pick up or drop off the items. Just like when booking a hotel, you can specify the time of check-in in an acceptable interval and this will not affect the booking in any way.

You can use this hook (renroll_condition_check) to modify any condition:
add_filter( 'renroll_condition_check', function ( $satisfies_condition, $term_id, $start, $end, $day ){
/**
* @var bool $satisfies_condition The $day satisfies the condition if true
* @var int $term_id Condition ID
* @var DateTime $start Start of the selected range
* @var DateTime $end End of the selected range
* @var DateTime $day The day from the selected range to check
**/
// filter... return $satisfies_condition;
}, 10, 5 );
You should create an empty condition and use its id (from the url) to write a filter hook (see attached screenshot)
But to write a function, you need a specialist. We do not provide customization services for themes.
Using the variables $_POST[‘start_time’] and $_POST[‘end_time’], you can get the time specified in the form. And depending on the time and if one day is selected, then activate this condition (return true;). And for it, specify the appropriate price on the product page.
