There seem to be a conflict in the theme as regards how companies can be able to reply to review comments. One part said it is through verification. Another part said it is through paid membership.
Please clarify this with some demonstration.

There are fundamental flaws in the design of Gazek Theme. This are the errors.
- A user “Dayo” was able to reply to review comment on a company <span class=”fl-reply-from”>”Leased Linecan”. This was not suppose to be so because in your documentation, only verified owner of the business with running subscription suppose to have the access.</span>
- Also the reply by the user “Dayo”was captured on the front end “replied by the company <span class=”fl-reply-from”>Leased Linecan”. </span>
- In this case, it can be said that your theme does not run as marketed on themeforest and a good ground to demand refund.
- I am therefore asking for refund of my payment for theme as I it is obvious that the theme documentation upon which the decision to buy these theme was misleading in material facts.

Your design was inconsistent with your documentation which states that only verified owner of a business can reply to a review comment.
Consumer Review Management Theme is not a blog theme.
Dayo is not the verified owner of the business and should not have access to reply to a review comment.
See the attached screenshot of your documentation.
Pull down this theme and fix the issues which are just too many.
Refund my payment please.

1. If you use the subscription plugin then you need to subscribe .
2. If you don’t use the subscription plugin then you need to be a company owner and pass the verifications .
These are different business models to choose from as different customers want different conditions. Unfortunately I still don’t see any error .

Your theme documentations is lacking in details. Please review and make more comprehensive and clearer.
I am sure a lot of people who bought this theme will abandon it due to ambiguous theme documentation. I honestly hope all this stress on this Theme will be worth it at the end of the day.

2. Also, why did the User’s reply to the comment denoted as “reply from the Company” instead of “reply from Dayo”? This is a fundamental design error.

If paid members plugin is not needed, you have the option to deactivate it, but the plan pages will not work, this is a logical consequence of deactivating the plugin. Please note that this plugin does not come with the default theme and is not required.

Unfortunately you did not address the fundamental issue of the theme misreporting user’s comment as company’s comment. If you are unable to correct this fundamental issue (among countless other bugs), you will have no option than refunding my payment on grounds that 1. your theme documentation was misleading. 2. Your theme does not work as advertised.
Please describe the problem more clearly and do not create confusion.

Part of the fundamental issues I have seen about you is that you do not take time to understand customer requests.
Its shocking how you have failed to capture the real essence of this thread despite being an issue that touch at the very root of the theme.

The issue is coding error that has to be resolved with immediate effect or refund my payment.
A user’s reply to review should carry user’s profile name not the company’s name.

You will agree with me that its an integrity issue for A user’s reply to review to display the reply as coming from the company. We cannot go live with this error not corrected.
