Creating RV booking for customer

I rent RVs and have customers call me to make reservations. I know I can just go into the individual catalog items and reserve dates but it doesn’t show anywhere what customer I made those reservations for or is there a spot where I can input the customer’s name. How would you suggest that I add reservations for customers who call instead of book on the website? I have a whole ton of reservations I added as an admin with no indication of what reservation belongs to what customer.

You can book through frontend the way your client would.
