Localy Google Fonts for Germany

Hello, we in Germany have a new rule for google fonts and we need, that the google fonts can be deactivate. Its also possible, that the template load it from our own server, but we dont know how to do this. There is the risk to get a lawsuit, if we will not change it until June 17.

Please help us.
