I’ve used the search function and nothing returned.
For the fixed menu on desktop, it appears only after you’ve scrolled down the page to a certain position on the page. Is there any way to control when the menu shows up so it shows immediately? If so what needs to be changed in which files?
Is there any way to remove the bounce from the menu?
Is there any way to have the entire header (the row with the logo) to also be fixed with the menu? Looking at the source code, that would be everything in the .header div.
Hi
Please add this code in Appearance – Health option – Custom css
html .top-nav { position: fixed; top: 0; width: 100%; left: 0; z-index: 99; }
Thanks
Thank you for the custom CSS (especially on a Saturday), this almost works.
When you scroll down about 200 pixels or so, the navigation menu bounces in even if I have Header Sticky off.
What I am trying to do is disable the menu that bounces in and just keep everything in the .header div fixed on scroll. This would show everything in the logo row and the main navigation.
Thank you, that gets rid of the bouncing navigation but changing the script in the main theme will get overwritten when the theme is updated.
I’ve created the same directory structure in my child theme in hopes of preventing the script from being overwritten but it doesn’t seem to run in the child directory. Is there a way to do this in the child theme or given as an option in theme options?
Also, what I am actually trying to do is remove the bouncing nav bar and replace it with a fixed header which would include everything in the .header div (logo row and nav menu row), so both of these appear as a fixed menu when you scroll the page.
You gave me the CSS in https://support.templines.com/forums/topic/fixed-menu/ and this keeps those 2 rows fixed to the top but when I do this, it also hides the page title row.
Is there a workaround?
Please update this file scripts.js and use theme option
