Footer Information Not Giving Ability to Change Text/Information

Hello,

I am setting up a site using the Aucapina theme. We’ve spent days trying to solve the issue with our footer.

Attached you will find a image showing the footer of this website.

We have tried going through Appearance> Customize and trying to adjust the HTML/Text in the footer box but it doesnt allow us to save or publish any of the changes made in this section.

Hello what email do I create a username for

You do not require knowledge of my email address for creating access. It can be any random non-existent address.

Also you can create admin access for WordPress using plugin Temporary Login.
