Footer is shifted to top in mobile and menu vanishes

This site is advertised as being responsive, however I am having issues while viewing it on mobile.

Whenever the site collapses to mobile size, the footer appears at the top of the page, and the menu disappears completely. As a result, the site is impossible to navigate on mobile.

Hi Alex,

I fixed the issue by updating the theme. For some reason, ThemeForest wasn’t providing me with a recent version of the theme (they were providing 1.0), but once I contacted their support, I finally got to download the newest version.
