forms not working in Mobile view with sidebar

Hi Team,

I faced a serious bug in this. when i enable right sidebar in any page. if those pages have any forms in the content then those forms and not working(not able to click on those forms) in the mobile view. i checked the same with fresh installation also

please solve this issue
