Hi Team,
Please could you consider adding the option to offer a reduced price for longer bookings. So for example for 3 nights it’s £120 per night and for 7 nights (or more) over the same season/period it would be £100 per night. I have seen this option on a number of holiday booking sites and so my client would like to offer discounted bookings over the low season to generate income.
The only option at the moment seems to be to offer a voucher code with a percentage discount or add a discount payment plugin which only works with a product and not with the catalogue items.
Regards,
David.
Morning Alex,
I have used conditional pricing throughout the booking process… this is different.
My client wants to be able to offer a reduced rate for dates booked in the same month – see example-1: 11th Jan 2021 to the 18th Jan 2021 = 7 nights @ £87 per night, but if the same person was to book from the 11th Jan 2021 to the 14th Jan 2021 = 3 nights, they would pay more @ £99 per night. So variable pricing based on the number of nights booked within an allotted seasonal period or term – and so offering an incentive to book more nights.
I have been asked to implement this change to the template so require a developer to do the work. I thought that I would approach you first… are you or any of the team able to help, and if yes what would the rate be?
Regards,
David.
