Having difficulties, changing WP-sidebar on Woocommerce Category pages

Hi, I am having the following issue:

 

When going to shop, the sidebar shown, and selected in the page setup, is Shop Sidebar.

However when I click on a category on the shop page, the sidebar changes on the category page to the default sidebar of WordPress. This is unwanted behavior an I want it to stay the shop sidebar one.

 

How do I achieve this?
