It’s a my client’s requirement so I have to add above auto label’s. Can you please tell me which files I have to edit/update.

Unfortunately, this will require changing a large number and I can’t tell you exactly which .

It’s not in the database but in the php files .

It would be better if you tell me the name of the php file.

Unfortunately this feature is not exiting in the theme and for this reason I can not tell you what files you need to edit . This requires additional work and programming of php files . Please ask questions that relate to our support and do not apply to additional customization .
