Dear Admin
Why the page doesn’t appear after I activated the safeguard themes on wordpress dashboard? only blank white page with nothing on it.
I already changed ‘max_execution_time=360’in php.ini files (MAMP>conf>php7.0.0>php.ini) but nothing changed, blank page is still appear.
But it only happened to this ‘safeguard’ themes, other themes work perfectly.
I also attached the screen shot which I put the folder ‘safeguard’ on my htdocs folder.
Thank you for your attention.
Regards
Bagus

Please contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows
max_execution_time 360
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32MThanks
Hello,
I already changed max_execution_time to 360. Looking forward for the next step.
Thank you.
How about PHP version ?
First please check that you are using version php 5.5 >
Many issues that you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. You can check it by installing a simple plugin found here.
The solution is to increase the PHP limits.
You can do this on your own .
Find the php.ini file in your Server config files.
For WAMP, its in apache2/bin/apache2.2.22/bin/php.iniGo to the line “max_execution_time=30” .
Change it to 360 or any other large value.
Or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows
- max_execution_time 360
- memory_limit 128M
- post_max_size 32M
- upload_max_filesize 32M
