Improving Load Speed – How to remove Youtube references

My site does not use any Youtube videos.  However, the site is still making requests to load external Youtube files which is screwing up my GTMetrix score.  Is there a way to configure the theme  so that it knows it doesn’t need to fetch anything related to Youtube or disable the  Youtube API given that I’m not using Youtube in any part of the theme?

Why was this put into the theme? It kills the page speed and has nothing to do with the theme. I thought it was spam initially

This is an example and is only activated when only you use the video background you can easily disable it . This is added to show all the features and we will remove it in a future update to avoid difficulties with the search it . Thanks
