Hello,
On 07/19/16 I purchased “Safeguard – Security WordPress Theme”. I thoroughly read all of the documentation before doing anything.
After reading the documentation I created a new Database and subdomain and then installed a fresh copy of WordPress.
Then, I uploaded “safeguard.zip” to the theme uploader on the WordPress Dashboard. Once the theme uploaded I installed and activated all of the plugins included with the theme.
Everything uploaded without any issue.
Next, before uploading any demo content I first increase my PHP Memory Limit to ensure no issues.
Then I uploaded the “content.xml” file under the WordPress Import feature per the theme documentation. I tried to do this two times and I got a 404 error page after upload, on the third attempt to upload the content upload but broke the site (see ‘Image_1″).
I then decided to delete the Database, subdomain, and start fresh again to ensure this was not a system or user issue. I have no created a entirely new database, subdomain and system files three times and the same issues keep happening.
I’m getting a little frustrated, but I am hoping you can help me resolve the issue.
Can you please assist in uploading the demo data on my website. I have provided FTP, and Admin login credentials under the ‘Private Content” section for you to access to manually upload any content and fix the current state it’s in.
