issues with theme upload

1. Content not showing on frontend after update to latest version. WPBakery frontend fails to load and results in a white overlay on screen that is not editable.
2. Not able to import demo data. I have already contact host provider and they are unable to increase/change PHP Configuration Limits

Unfortunately this doesn’t work with wordpress.com Please use the hosting like bluehost or godaddy for this theme . Thanks

I’m sorry you’re confused but WordPress.com platform works more like a website builder . Please read this article . To work with theme on CMS WordPress.org , you need to use third-party hosting like Godaddy or Bluehost.
