When we click the “Lost your password?” link on the https://terbo.ca/login/ page (the screen that only has the login boxes, not the one that also has the register as customer/vendor section), the email arrives but when you click on the link in that email it takes you to the login page, not the password reset page. Confirmed for both a customer and vendor role. The email that comes is all text, without the store header, and the link reads https://terbo.ca/login/?action=rp&key=tK2CkkxmKoafWtq281tB&login=alison&wp_lang=en_US If you click the lost my password link on the https://terbo.ca/my-account/ page though, you get a pretty email with the store header and THAT link does seem to work for password resets. Can we resolve this, because it could get confusing for customers?
In Ticket post 97592 you said to customize the Youzify – Membership Settings – Register Settings, but I don’t see the same options as were shown in the screenshot you included in that reply. See the attachment for what I see.
Basically all I need to do – I THINK – is make sure the /login/ page isn’t every used, only the /my-account/ page for login, lost password, and to initiate registration, but now I’m super confused about the functions of Youzify, Buddy Press and Memberships … and Dokan, frankly. How is someone supposed to know which one is doing what in this template?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hello! The “login” page that you sent(https://terbo.ca/login/) and “lost password” page (https://terbo.ca/lost-password/) is the standard page of the Youzify and BuddyPress plugins. You can delete pages. They are created automatically during plugin installation. Our theme does not use this pages as a login or lost pasword pages. It uses the my-account(https://terbo.ca/my-account) page. You can see this in the navigation at the top(https://prnt.sc/hGJ9a9zxfppb), where the link goes to the My Account page. Therefore, we recommend using /my-account pages. They are works fine.
Lost password page(https://terbo.ca/my-account/lost-password/) – https://prnt.sc/6_5n2lbVP9_G
