Media gallery not loading due to elementor plugin

Hi Alex,

The media gallery isnt loading and is just spinning. I’ve identified the error to be caused due to the elementor plugin. (If deactivate: the media library works, if activated: media library doesnt work).

Could you recommend me how to go about fixing this?

Hello.

Unfortunately our support is for the template and not for the whole site. Please disable all third-party plugins (except Elementor) and enable default theme to find reason .

Elementor is the problem. All third-party plugins have been deactivated (except for elementor) and it is still happening.
