In the course of the 3 days, you have logged in to address issues leaving this untouched after giving you access. Your national anthem has always been “give me access” and after you are given, you will run away. This has been your pattern of work and honestly, its regrettable I came across your whack theme with hopeless support desk.
I have used support access to log in now without issue. I have studied you and I can say very BOLDLY that you do not have solution focused mindset rather you prefer to create bottlenecks to elongate issues.

Hi Alex,
The issue was not LiteSpeed Cache but the Elementor Footer Menu you removed. What I expected you to do was to fix the conflict between your theme and Elementor Header & Footer.
I do not like the Theme Footer and that was why I changed it. That’s what I do with the all themes I have bought on Enveato so far.
The conflict is with the Theme header on Mobile. The Theme Header on desktop works fine with Elementor Footer.
A better approach is to fix the conflict between your Theme and Elementor Header and Footer because that is what I really want.

First in the ticket itself I asked you to remove all third party plugins but you ignored my message and created a lot of confusion . I need you to follow my advice instead of trying to get me to waste time looking for causes of problems that are not the problem of the thread .
Unfortunately, supporting third-party plugins is not part of my free of support. I will consider using it in the future but unfortunately at the moment I have a big work load.

Just take it as part of loads of fixes you’ve got to do on this Theme. Its indeed obvious you are miserly with support.
What you should have done is to release only fully tested and passed Themes to the market. This will minimise the level of support you will have to provide. But as it is, Users begin to experiences issue write from installation stage.
The theme documentations are either unclear, conflicting, or grey/silent on many parts of the theme hence putting a lot of stress on the customers and workload on rude and slippery support.
Now I need 4 Navigation Menu in the footer while your theme only has one navigation Menu. What support should should do is to resolve the conflict in the theme. I am not asking you to support third party plugin. You claimed your theme works with Elementor. So I dont understand why it is difficult to use elementor footer with the theme or this another unveiling of misleading marketing communication?.
