Menu Navigation – How to remove for mobile

We wish to know if there is a way for the menu navigation to not show on mobile view, currently mobile view shows the menu navigation but we don’t want it to. There is nothing in the menu (no pages) but it still appears as a navigation in top RHS on mobile view. See attached imagery shows the menu navigation we wish to remove.
