No Yourzify Pro??

We recently bought the TeamHost theme for our wordpress site on ThemeForest.
It states we would get Yourzify pro, but we didnt get it in the zip file.

Any thoughts?

I have done this, i have installed everything I should have and Pro is not there.

I also emailed in to support and they said the same thing.

This implies that Yourzify pro is part of the package, we were already using Yourzify basic, installed the theme and expected it to have a zip of Pro or upgrade us to the pro version as state but we are still on the basic version.
