NOTHING TO IMPORT ON THE DEMO IMPORT

I want to import the Pre-designed demo, but I didn’t see any demo to import which makes me to be getting a white screen at the front end of my website.  All PHP requirements are met ……..please what could be the possible problem? i need an answer to this asap
