Password reset email link and hiring for customization?

Hello. We are doing some testing of Suprek and have a few questions/concerns:s

1. When we click the “Lost your password?” link on the https://terbo.ca/login/ page (the screen that only has the login boxes, not the one that also has the register as customer/vendor section), the email arrives but when you click on the link in that email it takes you to the login page, not the password reset page. Confirmed for both a customer and vendor role. The email that comes is all text, without the store header, and the link reads https://terbo.ca/login/?action=rp&key=tK2CkkxmKoafWtq281tB&login=alison&wp_lang=en_US If you click the lost my password link on the https://terbo.ca/my-account/ page though, you get a pretty email with the store header and THAT link does seem to work for password resets. Can we resolve this, because it could get confusing for customers?
2. My client doesn’t love how the categorization works when someone is creating an ad. They noted: “The Categories are mixed with main Categories and sub categories together.  It would be better if we can have them step down with only the  5 main category choices first  and then subsequently another drop down list for sub items in that specific category.”. Is this something that is due to be updated in the future, or is it possible to hire you to customize/change that? If so, what would it cost?
3. Functionality question: if I have a customer account, I can’t add items. But if I have a vendor account, can I also rent things using the same account?  Or can only a customer account do customer things and a vendor account do vendor things? Is it possible for a customer to change their role to vendor down the line – and if so can they do that themselves or would a site admin have to do that for them?
