Hi,
I have been having trouble loading http://www.pitstopcars.pl on the Mozilla FireFox browser for some time. The loading bar frequently freezes, preventing the page from loading. On other browsers like MS Edge, Google Chrome, Opera there is no such problem. Interestingly mobile on cell phone also on FireFox has the same problem.
What could be the cause of this problem ? I would like to add that previously the page on FireFox was loading without any problem.
In addition, I have a problem with the proper display of the SSL certificate on the domain http://www.pitstopcars.pl, but it happens only on Mozilla FireFox. On other browsers it is properly.
Thank you in advance for your help !
Private Content HiddenI noticed that there is a problem with the preloader, if I turn it off it is ok. After turning it back on, the problem returns again. And interestingly only this FireFox has the problem. Cleaning cookis unfortunately does not solve the problem.
Hello
We’re experiencing a much larger number of tickets than usual so our wait times are longer than expected. We’re working hard to get back to you as quickly as we can and we really appreciate your patience! We will check it and reply little later after solving more critical problems . Thanks
The problem is related to some image o home page that the script cannot index. You need to do the analysis yourself since the problem is only on the home page and is not present on our demo .
Thanks .
Unfortunately, but I installed the template fresh once again and the situation is identical. Unfortunately but on Mozilla FireFox browser it is exactly the same…. The images are default, freshly after importing the demo versio.
In a private message, I provide the new login details along with the website address
I ask you once again for verification. Thank you.
Private Content Hiddenin addition, I still installed on local wp your template and also there is a problem after fresh installation of the template on Mozilla FireFox browser…
I would like to mention again that if I disable the “Page Preloader” then the page loads without problems in the Mozilla FireFox browser.
Strangely enough when I bought this template there were no such problems at the very beginning, they only appeared spontaneously over time….
On the previous site with both http and https was the same problem, this solution does not help at all…. In truth already putting the template several times from scratch has no effect…. I tested disabling some plugins, does not help, changing images…. even on Safari mobile browser on Apple products is the same problem …. I am very much asking for help.
Please enable HTTPS now so I can rule out the possibility . Thanks.
I did as per your request, but as I mentioned it still doesn’t help….
Unfortunately I have not been able to find the cause of the problem and so I suggest you disable the loader and use any other loader plugin if you need it.

Thanks.
I don’t understand it a bit, I buy a product from you with support and the suggested solution is to disable the loader? Now I wonder what I paid for, if there is such an approach of support, very sad … I would very much like to ask you to solve the problem and not to run away from solving it, I consider this an unfair approach
Please don’t misunderstand me, I don’t have bad intentions, I’m just trying to deal with this problem and I’m not a programmer myself either 🙁 Thank you in advance for approaching the topic again, regards.
You get for less than 50 dollars ready website for car dealer , full cost of custom development which is 20 times more and that’s the minimum . I’m sorry my work is being devalued by some bug in firefox. but page loader is not the main function of the template and there is no problem replacing if it glitches for reasons that are known only to the developers of Firefox . Perhaps I should have spent more time on this, but the problem is not present on my end or other buyers which indicates an individual problem
. Thanks for understanding.Somehow, strangely enough, it turned out that already in the demo version of your template the “page loader” was disabled, which means, however, I was right that there is a problem from the very beginning with this module. This only confirms how hollow and faulty the template is, which you tried to conceal in your previous comments.
We have deactivated it due to its instability in the Firefox browser, and I do not perceive any wrongdoing in doing so. Thanks.
