Problem with WPML and static block footer

When I try to change from vietnamese to English but my footer not change.

I had created english for my footer. And at appearance >> Renew Option >> Footer .

I chose “footer”, but when I had a translate footer (English) , I see two option for my choose.

I think problem is that.
